Flavored Ice Cubes

One of my favorite things...

• 1 1/4 cup water
• 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
• 1/2 cup sugar
• pinch of salt
• and the secret ingredient...1 tablespoon of vodka

Mix all ingredients in non-reactive bowl until sugar is dissolved. Pour into ice cube tray and freeze thoroughly.

I add these puppies to tea and lemonade. They're also great smashed into a little frozen ice dessert.
